The Vortex EG team is a collective of filmmakers, producers, distribution executives, and creative professionals united by a single purpose: to bring Egyptian cinema to the world stage. Together, we combine decades of industry experience with a relentless appetite for bold, authentic storytelling.
Ahmed V is the founder and CEO of Vortex EG, a film and music production company established with the aim of creating and supporting original Egyptian creative projects for regional and international audiences.
Alongside co-founders Seif Shams El-Din and Mohamed Qabeel, the team collectively developed Vortex into a growing company in film and music production, working across development, production, and creative collaboration.
Seif Shams El-Din is a producer and distribution executive at Vortex EG, contributing to the company's growth in film distribution, partnerships, and project management. With experience in coordination and company operations, he plays a key role in supporting the development and distribution side of the company.
Mohamed Qabeel is the co-founder and music director of Vortex EG, overseeing the company's music and sound-related creative direction. He contributes to the musical identity of projects developed by the company and supports soundtrack and audio production across Vortex productions.
